Amazing!! You can look around the world and always see hate, but you can also see love, and that is the strongest emotion human beings will ever experience.
So I’m currently making myself a food diary.
In the hopes that it will help with stoping the binging, because who would want to write down that they ate a packet of chips etc.
And it will also be good to look back on.
I’ll start recording In my food diary as of the 1st of feb, and I’ll post a photo of the page at the end of each day :)
