So I’m currently making myself a food diary.
In the hopes that it will help with stoping the binging, because who would want to write down that they ate a packet of chips etc. 
And it will also be good to look back on. 
I’ll start recording In my food diary as of the 1st of feb, and I’ll post a photo of the page at the end of each day :) 
Feel free to do a food diary with me! And we can give each other advice and support! :)
